Lawyer at the Court
Tristan Aubrun, a lawyer at the Paris Bar, mainly practices criminal law, health law, personal injury and real estate law.
Trained at Panthéon-Assas University and the Paris Court of Appeal's Professional Training School for Lawyers (EFB), he holds a Master 2 in Criminal Law and Criminology (criminology) as well as a Certificate in Criminology.
His career led him to work in the Investigating Chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal, where he participated in the analysis of complex cases and the drafting of draft decisions in sensitive matters (terrorism, economic and financial crime, minors, public health and the press).
He has also collaborated with several renowned Parisian criminal law firms — FTMS Avocats, Cabinet Obadia & Stasi and Cabinet Georges Holleaux — working on technical and strategic cases.
His time in the legal department of the National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products (ANSM), particularly during the Mediator trial, allowed him to acquire a concrete understanding of public health and liability issues.
Today, he puts this dual experience — institutional and legal — at the service of a demanding, structured and resolutely committed defense.
Convinced that a case is first and foremost a human situation, he favours an approach based on listening, clarity and strategy.
